We’ve curated a schedule that supports growth and recovery. While every workout is full-body, we include muscle-group specific training days to amplify your results.
Each ONYX yoga class is intentionally programmed to complement studio-programming from the day, or the day before; making Yoga at ONYX the perfect complement to the hard work you do in your workouts. or Total Resistance Exercise, your body is your machine, and strength is built using wall mounted resistance straps. Beginner to expert level friendly. Expect full body work, and to move between strength building circuits both on and off the resistance straps.
Our classic rhythm cycle class is all about finding the beat, and losing yourself. Explore challenging hills, invigorating sprints, and weighted sections, all powered by music that moves you. Our rock-star instructors expertly craft intentional playlists and energy, to bring you a ride that’s intentional, powerful and dynamic. Each song is sprinkled with easy to follow choreography, that is completely optional… but we do love a good hair flip! We’ll show you the way, you decide how far you’ll go.
Our Signature SCULPT class is a fusion of our favorite elements from classic weight training, Barre, Pilates and creative resistance combinations, on the mat. Every Onyx Sculpt class is mat-based, low impact but high intensity, and targets the entire body. We explore full range of motion, pulsing and max-tension hold muscle actions to maximize the muscular pay-off of each posture. As always, this beat driven workout will make you sweat, and is inspirational to veteran members, and attainable for newer participants.

We love using the sauna to complement our hard work in class 1-3 times per week. (and members can use their membership passes to book their sauna sessions at no extra cost!)
Unlike traditional saunas which heat the air, Infrared Saunas use infrared heat waves, which penetrate the body, heating the body as well. This allows for a more tolerable experience as the temperature is kept much lower.

When can I book my classes?
Our schedule publishes on a rolling 7 day cycle. Each day, a new day’s worth of classes are published online, 7 days ahead.
Can I bring my kids?
Participants must be 15 yrs to attend class. Our studios and classes are designed to be kid-free zones. If your child is 6 years or older, and can quietly self entertain for the entirety of class, they may come and wait in our lobby area, once approval has been given through management.
What should I bring?
All equipment is provided, including towel service and complementary mat rental. Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle.
Do you provide cleats for cycle?
We do not but you may bring your own 2 Bolt SPD compatible cleats. If you don’t have cleats, no worries! Please bring clean, supportive athletic shoes to cycling and change once you’re in the studio. (no street shoes, or foam, “cloud” type soles allowed)
What if I can’t make it to my scheduled class?
Our cancellation policy is 12 Hours prior to your class start time. If you can’t make it, please cancel online before that window. If you need to late-cancel, or no-show, your pass will not be returned.
I’m running late… what do I do?
If you’re more than 5 minutes late for SCULPT or YOGA, please reschedule your class online. For CYCLE, no late arrivals are admitted, and the front door is locked promptly at scheduled start time, for safety.
How early should I arrive?
If you’re new, please arrive 10 minutes early so we can help you get settled in. If not, 5 minutes is plenty. Our doors remain locked until 10 minutes prior to class.
