What equipment do I need?
We recommend stocking a few items at home to enhance your workouts: a sturdy loop-style resistance band, Pilates ball, ankle weights, and a few sets of dumbbells: 5, 8, 10 and/ or 15 lbs should be plenty!
Are the workouts suitable for beginners?
Just as in-studio, all of our On Demand workouts are suitable for all fitness levels. Both modifications, and amplifications are provided for each move.
How long are the workouts?
We have classes ranging from 10-45 minutes on the platform.
